Resale or New Homes, We Can Help
Whether you are looking for a resale or a new home, we can represent you. In a resale home transaction, our company receives compensation out of the sellers’ proceeds. In the purchase of a new home, we can also represent you, and the builder/developer pays our compensation. It does not cost you to be represented by our firm, and we provide you with full representation (the sales associate at the new home development does not represent you, or your interests; they represent the builders)! In order for us to represent you, and receive our compensation from the builders/developer, the only provision the builder/developer makes, is that: we must accompany you on your first visit to a new home/lot or model home. As simple as that!
